The 5 practises of exemplary leadership is for them an evidence-based model :

1. Model the way : clarify values and set the example by aligning actions with shared values.
2. Inspire a shared vision : envision the future, appeal to shared aspirations.
3. Challenge the process : search for opportunities, experiment and take risks to generate constant small wins and learning from experience.
4. Enable others to act : foster collaboration and strenghten others
5. Encourage the heart : recognize contributions and celebrate the values and victories.
