Capture the spirit of renewal
- Reflect on the Jack Welsh question : What would you do differently if you had just been hired for your job ?
- Informally interview a few of your customers (internal or external), and ask them what they would like to change about working with you and your team.
- Bring your teamtogether to celebrate all you've accomplished together - and then raise the bar for what's to come. How could the team become a model for high performance in the company, to make the next year a breakthrough year ?
At the end of each year or at the completion of a major effort, we all face a choice : we canfall back into our all patterns and habits, both individually and collectively, or we can reinvent those patterns and generate renewed energy for the challenges that lie ahead. What's your choice ?
